Ontario Teachers' Union Votes to Ban Cell Phones in Classrooms

The Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario voted to ban the use of cell phones in classrooms at their general meeting last week.  The new rules state that mobile devices should be turned off and stored during school hours, unless special permission is given.

Expert Urges 'Unified Approach' To Dealing With Bullies

While Canadian expert on bullying Wendy Craig applauds the provincial premiers' announcement that they intend to push to have bullying added to the Criminal Code, she is not without reservations.
