Youth Policies Across the Globe: Who's Got What

Youthpolicy.org has released a listing of all countries that have a national youth policy and it makes for some interesting reading.  A total of 50% of the 198 countries examined have a current youth policy, and a further 28% are in the process of revising their youth policy or developing their first national youth policy.  Did you know that China does not have a national youth policy, whereas Yemen has a 2006-15 youth strategy.

Rural Youth Take to Social Media to Promote the Importance of Farming

A group of young farming people have banded together to tell the world about the importance of the role farmers play in feeding the world.  The FarmOn Foundation is based in Alberta and aims to help "inspire young farmers to action by equipping them with the tools, knowledge and hands-on skills' they need to succeed in the agribusiness.  And at the same time, they are telling their story to the world.
